Total change of atmosphere, now that...........

Have you noticed a total change of atmosphere, now that Linda has left the building. Any doubt that most of the rows, most of the swearing, most of the unpleasantness has to be placed firmly at the feet of Linda Nolan.

I didn't know about the dressing room business and I suppose in a perfect world, it should not have been resurrected, but it was, and there's no going back. In it's day, it would have caused much unlooked for publicity to the then popular Nolans especially Linda. If anyone had any amount of sympathy for her, her actions and words not to mention her "faces", then she has really shot her own foot as anyone with half a brain can now see with the atmosphere as it currently is, that everyone is enjoying each others company.

Try to imagine if she were still there, would it be pleasant?. So there's your answer.

Yeah but then I think it would have been equally as relaxed if Jim had left and Linda was still there too

much better without linda...

The house seems nice and relaxed, there is plenty going on and the HLs have not become tame or boring as a result of her departure. Nice to see Luisa and Jim talking though their issues as well. If Linda had done that she might still be there.

What a difference now she's gone, she was so miserable, she didn't add anything to the house but her own self pity.

She would have found someone else to isolate. Probably Casey.

Nah I think Linda's only gripe was with Jim; if he had left instead of her things would have been just as chilled IMO. Glad she left though, love how great Jim has been in the last few days.

yeah it didn't matter if it was jim or linda, once one was gone it was bound to lighten up

Yeah I mean she's still a very bitter person in general but beyond the odd snipe at Dappy she'd have totally lightened up I reckon and the house would be much the same as it is now

Robodog 28-01-2014 06:58 PM

Much better without her.

If she was still there - no doubt she would still be talking about Jim - either in the diary room or moaning about him to Luisa etc, like she has done on BOTP or in the Daily Star etc

Jim hasn't mentioned Linda since she left. Why? Because she was the one with the problem with him, he didn't really have a problem with her.

So now she's gone, the rain cloud has been removed and he is joining in with the banter and mucking about in a playful way that i can't see Linda doing if she was in there with the others.
