yea, isn't it interesting that on this forum we are allowed to express our opinions about people that we've never talked to, but we can get banned for expressing opinions about people we have talked to on this forum...

it's funny, isn't it?

anyways, i've seen all the evidence in the case, and there's not a single shred of evidence that implies that Amanda and Rafaelle had anything to do with the murder.

There is tons of evidence that Rudy Guede raped and murdered Meredith, his DNA and finger prints are all over the room, and his DNA (his cum) is INSIDE her, he raped her, no doubt about it, he raped and killed Meredith. He's in jail, justice has been done.

I don't think you've put much thinking into what you think. Where's the evidence?

Vanessa 17-02-2014 08:30 PM

I agree Meredith and Amanda had a fight. Everything points to that.

She has been found guilty, so they must have strong evidence that she did it.

wow, college roommates had a fight? shocking. if having a fight with your college roommate over who's not picking up after themselves, who's not doing the dishes, who's leaving dirty laundry around., leads to murder than there would be murders everyday. every university in the world would be a pool of blood if every time college roommate had an argument it led to murder.

Some arguments do lead to murder.

This programme is very interesting. They're exploring both sides of the case. Trying to find out what really happened.

and what percentage of them, would take in an african drifter to do the job? and african drifter with a history of knife violence, just happened to be in the neighborhood, just when amanda needed him? if Amanda was so incensed, so angry, in a country she only just arrived in, and didm;'t speak the language, if she was so angry, why would she find some random african drifter to do the job, if she was zoo angry at meredith just because meredith told her to clean up, wouldn't she just kill her herself? why would she need Rudy Guede to do it. You are saying it was a crime of passion of anger because Amanda was soooo angry just because Meredith asked her to clean up a bit more, ...

do you understand how RIDICULOUS your scenario sounds?

I think it's a possibility.

i think it's ridiculous, and i thnk it's pathetic that Amanda and Rafaelle are being victimized along with Meredith. It seems the Kertcher family will only be happy if they get to kill 2 other innocent lives along with their daughter. They seem hell bent on destroying Amanda and Rafaelle, and that makes them just as bad as Rudy Guede.

Meredith's family are the villains in this story now. Shame on them, they are a disgrace to their daughter.

Sollecito did a runner before the vedict was announced. I think he knew it was going to be bad news.

i don't blame him, if i knew i didn't have any chance at justice i'd run too. This young man has had his life destroyed and now he faces 20 years in prison for something he didn't do. Wouldn't you run? I would. I have zero faith in the Italian justice system and i guess he doesn't either.
