How often do you shampoo and condition your hair?
 

I am having a war with myself at the moment, I always feel like I have to shampoo and condition my hair every day but I am sure that's not good for the natural oils etc.. It would be interesting to know how often others do it.

Also I can't survive without conditioner, I get the worst static hair ever and it drives me crazy, do you all use conditioner every time you wash your hair?

Everyday pretty much, I don't like going out with unwashed hair

twice, maybe 3 times a week

Whenever I have a shower really

Pretty much everyday, often hear it's bad to do that but I normally just instinctively use shampoo every time I'm in the shower and always seems my hair feels nicer for it

Perhaps I should stop doing it everyday then... do you guys still let your hair get wet?

I have to wash my hair at least every other day, but I just condition it once a week.

I didn't know if you kept your hair fully dry or something :laugh:

I'd probably do it every day too but it makes my hair feel just-about impossible to shape and mould because it's so fine.

Oooo maybe this is why my hair is so hard to style

Everyday! If I don't condition my hair goes weird. There was a kid in my class who said he only washes his hair WEEKLY D:

usually every 3 days or something. the more I do it the greasier it gets and worse it is for your hair.

It's not good to wash your hair everyday. I only wash it every 4 days.

I wash my hair everyday it just feels gross as heck otherwise ew no thank you

Every 2 days and do a hot oil treatment once a week.

Jess just use your conditioner every time if you feel you need it but try not to put a lot on the roots, your scalp creates enough natural oil up there, concentrate more on the ends.

And everyone's hair is different so it's pointless saying 'I do this. anything else is bad for your hair'

I never condition, except for when I have dyed it and you get that lovely intensive conditioner stuff in the dye pack :love:

Wash usually every day, sometimes every 2 days if I am being lazy

Wash on Monday and Fridays, condition whenever I wanna (but i think im gonna start every day)
