obstacle courses
 

just wondering if anyone has done one u know like tough mudda? I know that's a very very hard one.
Reason I ask is that ive got myself involved in doing one.
Ok for the past year Ive been going to a bootcamp class on a thurs night and for the past maybe 9 months a kettlebell class or bootcamp class on a tues, all @ the same place with more or less the same people going to both. So theres a guy been going the whole time but hes does the obstacle courses and runs etc. anyway before xmas he said to me that I should do one and id enjoy it blah blah blah. So me being me I said *well if u find an easish one local before april I would do it* never thinking in a million soddin years he would find a 6 miles one end of march @ whitley bay (about 5 miles from me)
so anyway im doing it (costs bloody £49 like) but im doing it.
so today me and joanne who also does the bootcamp decided to go for a run to prepare ourselves, we did about 3 and half miles and im knackered so god help me @ the beach assault I thought I was fit. I do 2 or 3 classes a week and I walk the dogs about 5miles daily. But Im not as fit as I thought.

I've done the Royal Marines Commando Challenge at Lympstone a couple of times, the 10k and the 17k endurance, plus the assault course. It was tough... but I loved it.

I really want to do the American Ninja Warrior course. Looks bitchin'

We did a mud run for charity a while back Mizzy,LOL it's damn hard,but so much fun.helps if your fit to start with.
