I have a vomiting bug and I am so hungry and my stomach keeps rumbling but Idk what to eat that wont kill me. :bawling::bawling::bawling::bawling::bawling:

...it's best not to eat anything if you can and drink lots of fluid to flush your system more quickly...but if you're so hungry that you can't do that, then Locke is right, soup would be best or things like dry crackers/dry cereal etc...I hope that you feel better soon, Jess..:hug:...
