Saph 19-03-2014 08:56 PM

in what way?

smeagol 19-03-2014 08:57 PM

if you want to be ruth and dont wear pink shoes it is. more is better than less

Vanessa 19-03-2014 08:58 PM

I'm not ruthless, but sometimes in life you need to be. I'm learning to be like that with people who have been consistently horrible to me. I still don't like being that way, buy then why should i be nice to mean people?

Well I always see people saying that being ruthless is a bad trait to possess but sometimes I think being ruthless is needed.

Not always. Sometimes you have to be for self preservation. I'd find it hard to be ruthless as I'm a softhearted cow lol. But I can be in certain circumstance if it's deserved.

I agree. Last wee i caught one of my work mates smirking at me. I snapped : wft are you looking at? you're always smirking! It felt good.

It depends on the situation. If it's a survival situation then it's entirely necessary sometimes.

These days unfortunately includes many work-based situations, e.g. if you know SOMEONE has to lose their job tomorrow and you know that you or your family will be in serious trouble if it's you... then you simply have to **** over your work buddy.

I don't think there's ever any need to take pride (or worse, pleasure) in it though, not if it's someone who has never done you any harm that's caught in the cross-fire.

No, trust me, she's a bitch. Always making fun of people. And she's not the onl one. A lot of my work mates are like that.

Glenn. 19-03-2014 09:05 PM

I think its bad if you're ruthless all the time. I don't see a problem with being a little ruthless every now and again when needed.

MTVN 19-03-2014 09:07 PM

Yeah there might be times you have to be a bit ruthless out of necessity, but you shouldn't bask in your ruthlessness or take any satisfaction from it

 where do you work that your workmates watch you on the toilet?? That seems unorthodox.

Vanessa 19-03-2014 09:08 PM

I only take satisfation if the person in question is an absolute cow.

It was while we were working.

smeagol 19-03-2014 09:10 PM

big difference between being hard or firm cause you got to me and being ruthless though. ruthless is stealing your ill home bound neighbours milk of the door step cause your too lazy to go to the shop lol

or saying your workmate is lazy so you get the promotion and he doesn't .
having ago at someone isnt ruthless .

Vicky. 19-03-2014 09:21 PM

Really depends on the situation

Marsh. 19-03-2014 09:24 PM

And i'm such a marsmallow. :joker: I've been nice to everyone. But most of them really don't deserve any kindness. They're a very rutless, cold hearted bunch.

Samm 19-03-2014 09:46 PM

I'm always ruthless & mean I find it fun most of the time but I only do it when I am at college to people that I don't like

joeysteele 19-03-2014 09:57 PM

I'm starting to be like that at work and i must say, i am enjoying it.

Livia 19-03-2014 09:59 PM

Ruthless is okay so long as you don't crap on people in the process because they remember it. Focused is better... unfortunately, and especially in my previous job, if you don't have a penis 'focused' is sometimes just seen as 'ruthless'.

Kizzy 19-03-2014 10:00 PM

Well I wouldn't say it's a very positive personality trait, it's best to get by on your merits but it's helpful if you can recognise it in others and make sure you keep one step ahead of their game.
