Looks great there with the sun shining on it. Picturing it in twenty years time on a gloomy day, it's going to look like something out of Bladerunner.

seriously, you have no privacy on those balconies. you've got lindssay lohan throwing bongs at you from one side, and amanda bynes pooping on you from the other side. it's a nightmare.

I have to agree, it looks awful. The lower balconies will be in shade most of the time and in general the design just gives me a headache! The view from the very top balcony will probably be amazing, though.
