Its not his look or clothes , something odd about his body language or something? what do u lot make of him?

He's a bit off due to the rush to get to the studios after trying to juggle managing the singers and Swansea City FC all week.

I agree, actually.

It's the way he speaks. He talks quite slowly and it makes him appear sleazy and creepy, like a guy would when they're trying to flirt with someone who isn't interested.

Are we on about Ricky Wilson from the Voice? if so,he seems ok to me ,just more of a thinker than the others.

I agree, as you said he does seem to do some deep thinking, like he is churning things over in his mind.
I see nothing odd as to him at all really.

I like him.

I really like him. seems a nice guy and is a good coach :). I actually prefer him to danny last series too.
