..yeah, I kept thinking though, if he jumps, he's going to lose his balance and drop down...it's a real 'on the edge of your seat' vid...

It's crazy how the ladder was just barely close enough for him to get to it.

..yeah, the whole thing was just incredible, I think many people would have 'froze'..and also to capture it all so clearly from the other building, imagine how helpless those people felt, that would have been awful as well...

And they were saying they could feel the heat from there, imagine how hot it must have been for the guy on the ledge...

Crazy!!! What a lucky guy :D shame about that lovely brand new building though.
