5 Killed in UK helicopter crash in Afghanistan (Taliban Claim they shot it)
 

[Five British military personnel are thought
to have died when the helicopter they
were travelling in crashed in
southern Afghanistan today.
The Taliban claimed to have shot
the aircraft down but military
sources said no enemy action was involved.
The Ministry of Defence has confirmed
a UK helicopter has crashed and that
it is investigating the circumstances.
An MoD spokesman refused to confirm
the nationality of the troops. But military sources
told the Telegraph all five dead were thought to be British.]
