I guess Usher's been around for a very long time and there's always the fear that radios/the public might consider him 'past it' if he doesn't keep putting out fresh ideas and new ways to grab people's attention so that might be why some artists do things like this... at least in his case anyway. Sounds like this'll be a total jam :dazzler:

True, but isn't he mega-rich and likely to have a massive say in the music industry? I mean he must be raking in millions just off of discovering Justin Bieber.

Probably but there's more to life than money, Usher's been making music for like twenty years I believe, although he has a lot of hits to his name I guess he doesn't necessarily have that all conquering smash hit that he'll forever be remembered for... not that a song called Good Kisser is likely to be that hit, but you never know, I guess he must just enjoy performing and promoting music, I'd imagine discovering talent/producing for others/just raking cash in and not doing anything must not be as exciting.
