What if...

TiBB randomly became a subscription required website with a fee of £1 a month?

Would you pay to use it?

My friend and I were discussing how, say youtube, became a pay for website, would lose potentially millions of users.

Poll coming

Firewire 03-05-2014 05:43 PM

I don't see what's so bad about a £1-£5 monthly fee

Hypothetically speaking

Kyle 03-05-2014 06:26 PM

Just stick around cos I like some people. Not paying though to do something I would ordinarily use Facebook for.

jackc1806 03-05-2014 06:36 PM

Someone would just set up a free tibb probably

Mark is a Great Bloke

curlsltd 03-05-2014 06:49 PM

Hmm... Yeah I probably would. :)

smudgie 03-05-2014 07:34 PM

No problem making donations, but only if if was a simple button to press (PayPal) and members are still treat the same if they pay or not.

Marsh. 03-05-2014 07:47 PM

No, not really.

I'd probably pay it at first but would drift away. Every penny counts in my dwindling bank account.

MTVN 03-05-2014 07:50 PM

Probably, a quid a month is next to nothing in the grand scheme of things. There's dozens of things I spend a pound on that are far more wasteful than a months worth of access to a site I spend loads of time on

Locke. 03-05-2014 08:05 PM

Only really come on here out of habit I don't really enjoy it anymore, £1 is nothing but no I'd not pay it
