Donatella Versace sparked concerns on Monday evening when she arrived at the prestigious Met Gala looking worryingly thin.

The 59-year-old fashion designer opted for one of her own strapless green glittery ballgowns for the charity gala, which clung to the slender frame and highlighted her tiny waist.

As the blonde-haired fashionista posed with her hands on her hips, it was clear to see the bones in her chest and back.

Donatella wore her long blonde locks straight and to the side, and accessorised with a pair of green drop earrings.

Once inside, the prestigious designer met Kim Kardashian, who troubled her for a snap.

"I love this woman! #donatellaversace," Kim captioned the snap.

It was the start of a long night of photo taking for reality star Kim, who wanted pictures with absolutely everyone .
