Big Brother 8 to run for 6 Months?
 

There are rumours going around DS:BB that Big Brother 8 will run for 6 Months. Sombody says they heard it said on there local Radio.

13 weeks was enough for me so 6 months is far too long :spin2:

I can't see it lasting 6 months, if they extend it again then i would imagine 4 months would be about as far as they go.

I cant see it happening. If they are going to make it longer then id expect them to make it 100 Days Max.

I think that would be a silly thing to do they couldn't possibly withstand it for that long even the housemates would be drained doing that long they probably wouldn't even have the energy to last that time frame anyway let alone entertain us for that long.

BB Germany is in the World Guiness Record for the "TV show without stops between 2 series and with the most days (730 days) without stops".

If they did do it - It would be the 3rd longest BB. I dont think they will tho - Its way to long.
Like sunshine30 said BB Germany 5 lasted 365 Days, BB6 Germany lasted 363 Days and i think the longest ine after them 2 was in Argentina which was 125 Days.

Yes BB4Eva, if BB8 will be 6 months, it will be in 3rd place, but in 4th place, it's the Scandinavian Big Brother 2 with 114 days !

OMG so people actually went a whole year away from reality and the outside and talking to there friends and families God they must be strong I would crack up to go that long I hope there was a bloody good reward for the winner at the end :bigsmile:I know I would expect one :laugh:

Personally, I think 6 months is WAY too long

These sort of rumours will always go around, to be honest i can't see it lasting that long, they might extend to about 4 months considering they wasn't too far away during BB7 but i doubt they will do 6 months.

If i get in, i wouldnt want to stay in there 6 months lol
