My neighbour stinks of urine.
 

My next door neighbour absolutly REEKS of his own urine, what is everyones views on this matter?

.. i say his urine, it could be someone elses , in which case, that is absolutly disgusting, if he gets others to urinate on him!! Once i smelt his breath, and it also reeked of urine, what in gods name is that bloke up to in his flat???
.. i looked through his letterbox once, and saw huge vats of urine in his hallway, he could be a terrorist making bombs from his own urine!!!.

..is this a police matter, can i get him arrested?

Inform the police? What are they going to do. It's not an offence to smell bad. Maybe your neighbour has a medical problem.
