What's the best BBAUS series for me to watch?
 

I've never seen the show before (other than Tim's year which I kinda followed. Tahan <3) but anyway, which series are the best and which has the most drama/fights? I don't know any spoilers so I want to watch it without knowing any evictions if possible :p

Hate BBAUS it has like a PG rating

I've watched the past 2 years, I'd recommend BB9 for the Estelle and Angie experience <3

I always start to watch them but gradually lose interest for some reason. And there are like no black people

Ok I've changed my mind I don't think BBAUS is for me

I only watched it last year and the PG rating didn't bother me.

It kind of showed that BB still has entertainment value outside of the sleaze, swearing, screaming.

I liked that Big Brother set them up to have interesting debates and conversations during a meal. It didn't always work when you had people with not much to say (Ed) but it was a good watch.

BB3, BB4, BB5, BB6, and BB9 are the best. BB6, BB8, BB9, and BB10 have had the most drama (especially BB6).

BB6 has a really evil Big Brother with a Satanic voice, Gretel hosted it, and it of course had a lot of drama and some awesome housemates. Definitely watch Series 6, and 2.

From what I've heard regarding BBAU, BBAU8 is the closest thing to a BBUK series.

I've only really invested time in the last BBAU myself, and that was only because it had an Asian girl in it. /mess

The cat. She was annoying but I did like her.

I liked how her surviving time and again wound everyone up, especially Sully.

I love bbaus, have only seen the last two though. Try the one with estelle in?

Season 4 is the best.

Followed by Season 1 and Season 5.

only seen the last two as well. i dont care for the PG rating but last year was my favorite BB of the ones i watched. loved Tahan, Tim was great and Drew was alright. the year before i liked Estelle but overall that season was one of the weaker BB's i seen that year.

BBAU is generally boring and not worth the time spent watching it, and if you're into drama and fighting, it's definitely going to be a letdown. I would recommend watching them in a row if you do plan on seeing all of them, in part because they often spoil the results of past seasons by having ex-HMs on as guests during the live shows.

BB1 is good but most people would probably (unfairly) write it off as dull. BB2 is an unholy abomination and makes BB4UK seem like edge-of-your seat viewing. BB3 is the only really outstanding season; there's plenty of drama, a great cast, the best launch night twist of any country, and the return of Anouska <3. After that the producers decided to turn the show into a really low-brow douchefest and just put in stereotypical young Ken and Barbies who would be willing to shower naked... yet they don't show you the nudity on the highlight shows :suspect: It's like this from BB4-BB7 and they're all god awful seasons except for BB5 which was saved by having an amazing cast regardless of the fact that they were marketed as being "single and sexy" or some ridiculous marketing slogan :rolleyes: BB8 is good because they copied BBUK and the house was better, cast was much more diverse, and there was drama and nearly physical fighting <3 Unfortunately they were also inundated with constant celebrity guests.

But be warned, the Australian public are the worst voters in the world, so just go into this knowing that they are going to **** the evictions up every week.

sorry but sometimes bad taste is too much for me to ignore :((((( also I haven't seen much of BBAU at all but everything I've read about Ben and and Fitzy and Paul sounds awful and Paul particular sounds like the devil reincarnated so,

BBAU 2007 will always be my favorite.

2004, 2005, and 2006 are decent.

All the others I can't watch, don't like the housemates.
