We don't see 98% of what goes on in the house

0.45 hours out of the entire 24 hours

that's 41.5 hours out of the total 1680 hours covering 10 weeks including the 10 hours live feed they're going out of their way to give us

which is 2.4405%

2.4 PERCENT LOL

pretty much self-explanatory therefore exactly why we need live feed so badly. even if you don't watch it, there are people who will & and who'll keep us updated on what's people really going on the house

it's also why witchhunts are stupid as is crying to ofcom about what we perceive to be bullying, housemates who are supposedly isolated might be spending the rest of the day getting on with everyone, having a laugh, who knows? how can we let ourselves get emotionally invested in the show when we're shown mere snippets of what's happening? I find it hilarious how people sometimes seem to think they know more than what the housemates do

we aren't in a position to judge them. just take it for what it is: an entertainment show.

I do agree with this, why people invest their time complaining about a reality TV show that anyone can walk out of at any time if they really are having a harsh time is beyond me.

I said it yesterday and I will continue to say it Jale and Helen will probably end up being buddies, and then the complainers will look a tiny bit stupid, and even if they don't once they leave the house they need never see each other again so I really don't know what all the fuss is about. Obviously they are all keen to get their hands on the cash so are willing to put up with it for now for payday.

You still flogging that dead horse Salman. Get used to it, Pauline is going and Toya will follow soon behind. They are both nasty humans and need to be extricated asap!

You would have us believe that 98% of the time, these two bitches are nice people, but in the words of the late great Maya Angelou "When people show you who they are, believe them, the first time"

I think your math is a bit off tbh

Also accusations of housemates being boring.

Every time BB is on crowds of people seem to watch it just to be outraged by what they're gonna see.

if they were doing something noteworthy it'd make the edit, or they'd show a clip on the site or BOTS. producers do want to make the show interesting.

You mean like they showed freezergate...no doubt the biggest drama from that year? :D

I dont think they necessarily show everything thats interesting. I think they just grab onto certain storylines and flog the crap out of them

Please tell me you mean 0.75% and it was a typing error? If you didn't, just pretend you did.

They could be doing all sorts but producers are only interested in power housemate bitching and arguments.

Nobody/nothing else gets a look in.

Josy 18-06-2014 08:43 PM

I agree with everything you say in the OP and what also Vicky said about it being the same for accusing hm's of being boring...the 'well they don't do anything worthy or we would see' argument is flawed because if there's a running drama or showmance going on between a couple of housemates then they always choose to show that first before anything else.

The other thing is that whilst we don't see a lot at all without live feed what we do see still actually happens, like just for an example the way we saw Helen the other night snipe at Jale and go outside and bitch about her it doesn't matter what happened beforehand because that part still did happen regardless.

The same goes for anything at all we see in the highlights, it happened and that along with the clips that get uploaded are all we have to discuss so we do
