I'm fine with people hating Toya, but what I don't get is how she's suddenly overtaken Helen as the most disliked housemate on here. Like how did it get to that?

I think he/she already mentioned that's because most of the topics relate to Toya being a bully/nasty/looking ugly/her iconic bathrobe.
