Why can't I edit old thread titles?

Thread in question: the world cup sweepstakes one. I can't edit that, but I can edit this one. |

I was banned from editing my world cup thread titles and it seems the rest of the forum has been banned too.

I just double click over the titles and edit it that way

You can't edit them for now, ask a mod to do it.
