When do Viacom take over BB?
 
Have they began already or they do begin working with the show next year?

I just hope they understand the impact the World Cup has had on ratings and don't take that as an indicator of the show's quality.

Yes. Although they will have final say as to whether the show gets renewed or not when the current contract ends this summer.
