To be fair, have we ever seen Mathew and Marlon interact with each other prior to tonight? Mathew may not have remembered Marlon's name from the top of his head, if they haven't had much interaction with each other.

It is disrespectful, but it may not be intentional. And Mathew also didn't shout that out. He simply may not have actually remembered the name off the top of his head. Sometimes that just happens.
