The strangest account suspension ever ?
 

I got suspended at the C4 BB forum,
I would be interested in opinions on the reason I was banned - foul and derogatory language, as of yet I have no explanation as to what exactly is foul and derogatory - bearing in mind they have language filters up the arse.

There are hundreds similar to my Nikki post - they still post completely unbanned :spin2:

The one thing you can say for sure the admin on TIBB get things right ,are very fair ,not stuffy,ask you nicely with respect .so that is what they get back .So post on TIBB instead .:wavey:

Not sure exactly ,but in your first post re:Nikky,you do make a comment
in a public arena which You might not be able to substantiate.If for example you publicly said as fact that I was a working Gigolo(not) Then my lawyers might be tempted to drop you a line!!:tongue:

It should be pretty obvious why you were banned. Calling Nikki what you did was slander. With the money Nikki now has there would be a risk of legal action from her against the site. It really is not rocket science to work out why they dropped you like a log.

Escorts may not be as your wild imagination decides.......

Excepting for the fact that she is an admitted escort girl, with all the connotations that that includes. A couple of weeks ago the mirror claimed she had "indulged" in sex sessions and was paid for it - you will notice that Mirror Group Newspapers have not been sued, and that there is absolutely no mention anywhere of them being sued. Nor the other "escort" who made the allegations.

Why not, if something like that was printed about me and was untrue I would sue, it would be a nice little earner, and it seems with both Nikki and Pete the ££££ is the bottom line.

So a national newspaper prints she is a wh@re, [in that she took money for sex, in my book if you take money for sex you are a wh@re], and Nikki doesn't sue. Hmmmm

the level of damages you would receive in a civil lawsuit is dependent upon damge done and the dissemination of the information. Sorry to burst your bubble but the C4 BB forum is a miniscule arena in the big scheme of things. Mirror Group Newspapers on the other hand would be worth doing - and yet Nikki and her lawyers have not even asked for a correction or a retraction - Hmmm, strange that if it is untrue - dontcha think ?

yet that forum is full of posts by FM's claiming Ash took money and goods from the proceeds of crime, she recieved stolen goods - yet those posts are allowed to remain...those posters do not have their accounst suspended - Hmmmm

Do you use the same user name on both forums? I suspect you don`t but if you did they may see you as a forum wrecker
from the competition.With regard to the newspaper articles,and i have not read them all but with the news of the world
I thought they were very careful to avoid saying cash for sex,indeed they stated that she didn`t. I agree that the forum you were on is minor interms of their audience but they still might have become nervous.

The Mirror actually printed that she was paid to do a live sex show for some rich types.

The Mrs Higginbottom post was a spoof I made up about the grief and garment rending on display on the news of the death of an australian tv presenter.

I was attacked no end because of that post, and not one of them commented on end of the post- in fact the end of the post was missing from the quote the C4 mods included in my suspended email.

I was commenting on how if someone has ever been on TV they get wails of grief when they die which frankly I find ridiculous, sad as someone dying maybe people were posting about him like he was some kind of hero, due for the nobel prize for peace and would eventually have brought about total racial harmony to earth had he not been so cruelly taken from us, and how he was practically being painted as the son and heir apparent of Mother Theresa ,
and I ended that post with these lines

To me the reaction to the croccodile guys death summed up the place, and some other places but it was particularly acute there, so I made the Mrs Higginbottom thread, which was actually titled

Mrs Higginbottom from No. 42 - dead.

the post was sarcastic, yes, but in any way offensive / derogatory, no, unless of course you are someone who infatuates on tv "celebrities".

The second reply on that thread had the poster calling me an unfeeling c@@t - that poster is still there and posting.

The fourth told me to f@@@ off and die - that poster is still there and posting

I think there is a clique over there, and they have the mods ear - say anything against the endemol mantra that Nikki is the saviour of light entertainment and you get marked.

well i`m less confuzzled now than I was.I understand the sarcasm of what is a serious point.All the talk of a celeb death and not a word anywhere regarding all our troops who recently died.Its all a bit out of proportion. And also compared to what others are also saying on that forum it seems biased that he was singled out for suspension. So even Big Brother has a Big Brother!! I`m gonna have to have a sneaky look!

Expensive suing a newspaper....The banning of slander type remarks is as much for your protection as well as the site.
If a court action was started the courts could order your ISP to identify you. If the courts did that then suing a private individual ordinary working guy would be relatively cheap and effective.
We can all get carried away with newspaper sensationalism and distortions and assume this that and the other about someone. Also we can so easily be wrong in assuming the worst. So unless there is clear evidence it is best to temper ones desire to be explicit in a cruel way about an individual.

Anyway even if true does that make her some monster that deserves to be malined. This is the 21st century not victorian days where people look down on others.

The real bad people in this world you can hear about every day as innocent people are killed by fanatics..

Nikki. She is just a lass experimenting with life after having had a terrible childhood.....Why people want to spit out venom about her beggars belief........
