I don't like Toya as a person but surely she has to stay for a little longer..

..Toya displays so many character traits in a person that I personally dislike, I wouldn't even know where to start and she must be so irritating to share a living space with...but...she has brought out 'something' in Marlon, Ash and Winston whereas before we were getting very little from them so I do think she's a very 'key player' to the house atm because she's also talking to Helen and Danielle about what she thinks they are doing wrong and that could lead to 'some moments'...Unlike Pauline who I wanted to be evicted because there was always the danger with her popularity in the house that she wouldn't be up again for a while, I think Toya will probably be up week after week with the 'enemies' she is making in the house..(as Ash said..)...so even if you don't like Toya and I feel your pain...wouldn't it be better to keep her in for a few more weeks and then release her..?...

..and if you want her out now, why..?...

Vanessa 23-06-2014 04:58 AM

She won't stay. Not a chance.

Ammi 23-06-2014 05:01 AM

..I think you're probably right Vanessa but I do think she could be instrumental in some great BB moments if she did...we all love to have someone to 'hate'...

Lola844 23-06-2014 05:04 AM

She has a chance to stay.

If she doesn't the gang will just pick them one by one. So bye bye Chris, Matt and Jale. If they will have the numbers to do so. Mark, Helen, Ash, Steven, Winston and Marlon. Ashleigh will join them. Kim I'm not sure what she'll do. Danielle will also be up with Chris, Matt and Jale.

Achilles 23-06-2014 05:05 AM

If I was power housemate and had to choose one to be evicted I would choose Danielle. She is a horrible person but doesn't have any entertainment value to go along with it. I think the nasty housemates should go first in order of least entertaining to most entertaining. Then have the nice housemates in the final and the most entertaining of the nice housemates wins. Toya and Ash are both nasty people. They should stay because there is hopefully round 3, round 4, round 5 etc to come. Of the nasty housemates I would say Mark last out as he is a snake, but an entertaining snake. Pauline was good choice because she was nasty and very dull and made the house dull as well.

waterhog 23-06-2014 05:07 AM

i agree - clear the dead wood - we dont want a bore feast. especially now as pauline has gone.

joeysteele 23-06-2014 05:26 AM

I want her out because she would be for me unbearable to even be in the presence of, she is ignorant,in your face and a loud and foul mouth too, even when she is as she describes just 'talking',despite that all coming across as her giving orders.

For me she has very few, from what I have observed, endearing qualities at all,I think she is a bad housemate in all senses of the word bad, she never listens to others while expecting everyone to listen to her but 'never' to dare to disagree with her.

For me the sooner she goes the better, I would never want to know her and for sure 100% I could never live with someone like her anywhere without really blowing my top at her.
Toya is someone who needs to learn a massive amount as to how to deal and talk with others,I fear that is likely too late for her.
The sooner she is off my TV screen and out of BB the better for me and I am only sad it cannot be today too.

..so you're fairly much on the fence atm then, Joey ..yeah, you probably need another week or so to help you form an opinion on her...

:joker:I didn't mind her at the beginning but she is one delusional and crazy lady in my opinion but really 'bad' at times with it too.

..one of my pet hates in personality is people who don't listen/talk over you..(shout over you..)..and who always think that their opinion is 'fact' so she fairly much goes against the grain in anything I admire in a person but I do think that in the argument, she brought out character traits in others that I previously hadn't seen and maybe wouldn't have seen if not for her presence in the house..?..and I think there may be more of that to come so for that reason I would like to see her stay for just a few weeks or so longer but definitely not until the end...apart from anything else, the final ones just seems to get a shorter interview time on the night and maybe not such a 'thing' of their eviction and I think she deserves a whole eviction on her own and hopefully for the first time it'll be Emma talking and showing her stuff and for once she might have to hush up.....

:wavey: As always interesting points from you Ammi.

:joker:Know what,at least Linda Nolan and Coleen didn't get all their own way on BB,I would likely rather those than Toya come to think of it.

..I can see that I'm not going to change you mind on this one Joey..(not that I would even try as I can totally understand why anyone would want to see her go and I think she probably will..)..but so much as she's just an absolute pain, I also think the extremes of her hypocrisies have also been quite amusing and for me if she does get evicted on Friday, she's been a good housemate because of what she's brought out in others which has been very enlightening...

..her beauty and hair tip boxset is on it's way to you soon......

smeagol 23-06-2014 08:13 AM

yea she should stay a little longer ideally. more to come from her.
i dont like her she has anger issues and deep ceated problems but i dont think shes hateful shes more messed up than anything.
where as people like ash and co well they think they are better than others they cast aside peoples feelings like they are meaningless and thats something i despise thats someone who needs to be brought down. also they bring veyr little to the show. and at this stage we need a a no identity to go.
plus i want that cool gang broken up i want them shocked i want helen to flip when ash goes. just imagine the fall out afterwards. it will be good tv.
toya going will do nothing. the cool gang will carry on thinking they run it. and the good people will be picked of. chris christopher micheal will all be in trouble.

Well said. I rewatched last nights show, when Ash rants about his group being better than the other group and how the other group are boring *****.

What I didn't notice the first time round was that Chris was in the bedroom while all that arrogant ****e was being spouted.

How uncomfortable he must have felt.

Northern Monkey 23-06-2014 08:30 AM

Yeah,Agree OP.I gave Ash 5 votes,Toya should stay for the sake of the series imo.

yeah they ere the worst kind of people. only way to teach them is bring one down and kick out
i didn't notice chris looking forward to his thoughts on it all lol bet it will be funny

Niamh. 23-06-2014 09:20 AM

Unfortunately Ash was saved in the top two last week so I fear more people will be on his side. At the moment it looks like she's a dead cert to go on Friday but it'll depend how things pan out during the week, if Ash keeps up with his we're better than "the boring bastards" routine all week then he might find himself in danger, the public don't like superiority like that

jet 23-06-2014 09:28 AM

I don't like Toya Ammi, but I too want her to stay for a while longer. As you say, she is really bringing out aspects of the others characters that we otherwise might not see and that makes her a pretty valuable HM. The likes of Ash, Winston, Steven and Marlon are just coasting along there basking in the position of the cool gang and thinking they are superior and above being nominated. For instance, I was disgusted when Steven said to get rid of those who were less significant that he was! Who does the arrogant prick think he is?
I think the 'boy band' need a shake up and one of THEM needs to go this week - and next week as well. If that doesn't happen, we can say goodbye to the likes of Chris, Christopher and Jale very soon.
Toya isn't 'nasty' as such (unlike Helen) but she is over bearing, highly strung and irrational. I'd happily see her walk out the door, but not just yet...

Technically this is what would happen by traditional BB rules, however, the last few years of BB have shown that this is an unlikely scenario because it impacts voting numbers (and therefore profits). BB won't allow only members of one "group" to be up. They will manipulate the process so that at least one member of the other group is up.

Samm 23-06-2014 10:30 AM

I think there's a big chance she could stay everybody though Danielle was gone

Robodog 23-06-2014 11:20 AM

I agree. For all her madness - she should stay for now to keep the tempo of the show up.
She is very angry and her response to things that don't go her way is massively out of proportion - but she doesn't suppress the house dynamic in the same way that Pauline did.

Pauline had to go because she was holding people back and she put a fire blanket down on the house dynamic.
Toya is very different in that she actually encourages people's fire to come out! Look at Winston for example! He'd never rise up to Pauline like that.

So even though she must be a nightmare to live with - right now she is putting fire in the house belly which is a good thing for the viewer!
Pauline shut that fire down, plus she isolated and patronised people - and so she had to go for those reasons.

It could get very boring in that house without Toya - Helen would become queen bee and everyone would just fall into place with their head down. And Helen is staying to the end.

I wish it was Vote to Save this week so Toya could stay and a boring HM could go. She is very negative but the show needs her for a while yet!

..great post Robodog and that's how I see her as well..Pauline only stifled personalities in the house whereas Toya brings them out and last night for me we some 'gold' BB moments and the first real ones I've seen this series...great TV...
