What a Fickle bunch

Such a weird year this year, no one really seems to be sticking together or forming proper groups. The only "gang" in there is falling to pieces after just a couple of weeks, Chris, Christopher and jale seem to be lone wolves, mark and Matthew seem to be floaters, Toya keeps flipping sides, Kim, Danielle and Ash were buddies now Kim who was previously mocked by Helen and Ash is in there camp, what the hell is going on? Why is this year so different? Has this ever happened on BB before? A group so confused and dis loyal to eachother (not that its a bad thing)

makes me laugh that bolded bit.

i dont know i see two main groups its like a pirate ship this big brother

i see two groups really theres the so called cool gang on top deck which is
helen with her followers. ash winceface. steven, toya .marlon.and now kim. and the departed pauline and tomara, though toya has be cast out and is now walking the plank

and the uncool people. chris christopher.jale. danielle. in the lower decks

then there's the ship rats which is mark who flits from group to group
and ashleigh who has just deserted the cool gang to probbaly now join in the lower decks.

the ship is sinking. theres rats aboard. soon another will walk the plank some are planks lol

There's no real friendships or strong ties this year. people seem to be together out of need rather than want.
the problem is everyone is out for themselves cut throat pirates

Oh and Marlon, one minute he's close to jale and doing very little besides sleeping and the next minute he's part of the cool gang and calling Jale and co boring, it's like we skipped a few episodes or something

I agree it's all a bit strange this year. I think most of the HM are too media savvy and are unsure how they are being perceived on the outside. I think due to this they are not committing to particular groups rather instead meandering from one group to another.

The result is what we see where no one seems to have formed solid bonds with anyone.

I think the paranoia in the house this year has reached epic proportions, this is illustrated by Helen kicking off to Toya over nothing. With the "power" theme also in full force the HM never know who is going to be the PHM and so nobody wants to truly be enemies with anyone.

Makes for a confusing series (thus far), only hope it settles down but suspect it won't

I think Jale,Mark,Chris,Matthew,Ashleigh and Ash (plus helen) will be there at the end, but knowing how BB likes to stir things up who wants to predict the final 5 at this stage ?

The power trip paranoia has made the cliques not last. Also the fact that someone different is in power makes them all shift accordingly. In a group of people when someone has control or a higher status, some people will feel jealous others will emulate the person. So the relationships tend to be more about what they can get or them resenting what the other has.

The Ash and Helen situation, not real at all. He felt like he had to go for the girl who was perceived as the most attractive. Then she became his ticket to stay, and now he knows she will back him up with anything. She finds that Ash accepts her like she is.

Danielle and Ashleigh stick together because they haven't found their place. They look like they don't have much in common. You notice that Ashleigh when in her comfort zone is probably an alpha, but Danielle looks like she's a follower.

Toya, she does whatever the ******* she feels like doing that day. There is not a pattern in why she shifts so much. She likes to lecture people so when one crowd is not listening she goes to another. I don't think she likes cliques, I just think she likes to be heard.

Steven and Kim it's not real. Kim is bored out of her mind. To have a guy constantly say how great she is what she needs. She's use to being praised and wanted. So when you have a house with people like Chris, Matt and Christopher not telling her she's beautiful. She needs to find someone like Steven to do the job. If Ash were to start flirting she would probably drift away from Steven.

Winston and Marlon, all I can say is that they are too idiots. They seem to only want to be 100% LADS. So it keeps them away from others, because you can't be in joke mode all the time. They don't seem to communicate well with females. LOL

Jale knows she's smarter then most people in the house. Chris does too. So they don't feel the need to be validated when they speak. Of course they are also very self deprecating when it comes to their looks. Chris knows its a game, and if he manages not to develop relationships with these people his chances of winning are high. If he doesn't consider them friends then he can put them up for nomination using his head not his heart. Jale and Chris play the game beautifully.

The show is poorly edited and is confusing. They cut conversations half way and they make no sense. They are doing a bad job at keeping up with what's going on. Too much is going on to say it in 1 hour.

Great post Lola, I think you're spot on with your analysis of all the HMs

Very good post Lola, I agree but would have trouble putting it so succinctly

It's good and bad but there's no fun or normal interaction in it now.

Yeah, right now it's a bit different and interesting but I don't know if it can stay interesting if it carries on that way indefinitely
