I went with 3rd but then forgot about Arsenal as well and United will definitely be back in top 4. So maybe 5th now I've said that.

No matter where Liverpool finish, without Suarez the pundits will make every excuse for them. Unlike when last season Man U had so much to deal with & got slated for it.
Arsenal have yet to do anything in the transfer window as Wenger is too busy on beaches in Brazil, so maybe Liverpool have a top four chance.
Losing Suarez is a real blow (If it still happens).
We were a one man team two seasons ago with RVP & were left wanting without him for much of last season.
So for me it's top four with Suarez but maybe 7th or 8th without.

I'm not sure It depends who we get to replace Suarez.

alex_front2 04-07-2014 04:40 PM

Third:

- No Suarez
- Josh Henderson's rapid improvement will be reversed and he will go back to how he was originally
- Back 4 won't be strengthened that much and it was actually worse than Arsenal's crap back 4
- People are now realising Sturridges limitations and he won't be as affective this oncoming season
- Stevie Gerrard' s presence as captain will be an impediment
- squad not enough depth to compete in both league and CL
- Chelsea will strengthen to an extent that they overtake LFC
- Lallana and Lambert were great at the Saints last season but not sure how they will be able to step up in class in a title battle
- Brendan Rogers got lucky with a lot of tactics last season, not sure if he will be able to pull some of it off again
- Man City will win again.

3rd. The others around them will buy better and without Suarez that's a huge hole to fill.
