But you raise a good point, if he now turns down her advances, or gets wind of him talking about her with the others, she could quite easily kick up a huge fuss and cause drama for Winston.

When Winston read the vulgar poem to her that was the catalyst for recent events. We know how she has acted since, but was is she thinking inside and behind the fake acting?
