What It's Like To Be Left-Handed In A Right-Handed World
My daughter showed me this.. she's a lefty.. I must admit, I never realised how many things are geared up for right-handedness... :)
|
But they have left handed versions of things like scissors etc?
|
I'm left handed its not that difficult pmsl
|
Oh my god.. I know the pain :bawling:
|
We learn to adapt from a very early age.
Only thing that gets me is scissors, but if I had to use them a lot I would buy a left handed pair. |
I'm a leftie but can do most things right handed except writing

My OH is a leftie and so are 2 of my sisters.
I think I posted this before but one of my sisters used to get hit on the hand with a ruler by the teachers at school for using her left hand  she is ambidextrous now because of it. |
I'm left handed, you learn to be pretty ambidextrous with most things through life though. Few things i've had problems with was writing in school and always having smudge marks, cannot write with my right hand at all, and scissors although i've always just used a regular one with my left hand. I played Golf in my twenties with right handed clubs with no problems.
The most difficult to use is a tin opener, i've spent way to much time trying to open tins with regular tin openers. I've got an electrical one now, it's a god send. |
Oh and left hand guitar (very badly)
