Future Diary Room Conversations

Now that the guarantee of confidentiality has been on the receiving end of a stream of pi$$, will this make housemates less likely to open up and reveal their true feelings in the diary room? If I were there, I'd certainly be very wary about what I said in the diary room if I knew there was a risk of it being broadcast to other housemates to stir things up. And I understand that it is good TV, of course it is as we are all watching it and discussing it in various ways. But something about it doesn't sit right with me, and I feel it will only affect the house negatively.

I think you're right F/Fingers. I don't think the diary room will ever be the same again. No one's going to say anything they don't want the others to hear. I think what they did to Ashleigh was dreadful, but especially dreadful was for them to show her diary room comments.

They know things are likely to get shown anyway, and the housemates they choose always like acting up and causing arguments. They will be the same, if not worst, in my opinion.

I thought the diary room was a sanctuary to release private thoughts and feelings, i agree with OP, it doesn't sit right with me either, i think what they did to Ashleigh was shameful and all because they wanted to stir up some ****!

BB is an arsehole:inamood:
