he obviously had his own reasons for doing it, and it's up to him if he wants to let the public know.
To be honest though I don't care why he did it.

To be honest i'm not really bothered, maybe it was unfair but at the end of the day it was Pete's decision to dump Nikki and his band and not anyone can change that.

Its what's called burning ones bridges...........He is a 9 day wonder and his money will run out sooner rather than later..... Like most BB winners with absolute zero talent he has a very limited shelf life.......

It was the right thing to do if you were told you can be sucsessfull as a solo singer wouldnt you consider doing it???? I would just to see how far i could get and with Pete He WILL go back to DF when the times right i still think Pete can be Sucsessfull but these days people go by the person singing not the voice or songs:nono: Im still a Pete fan and wish him well:wink:

Pete has lost all my respect. Not because of what he did but the way he has done it all. He decides to leave DF but doesn't even tell them properly and then we find out from WB posting on another forum. He suddenly found Guy Chambers and bye bye band without a look back. It is a good choice for him but he should have told the band properly. He only seems to think of himself.
Nikki. Well he dumped her. Over the phone! Then he goes and does a interview in hea saying horrible things about Nik. He dumped her for no reason without even so much as a warning. He broke poor Nik's heart. He said he needed space.Ooooh what's this! He found someone else! Going by the name of Cherry(btw cherries are like the pekki symbol so grrr at this) so much for space Pete! Oh didn't you say it took you ages to love someone and yet it has been around 3 weeks since you dumped Nik. Hmmmm. I do love when your Tourette's is in context Pete,espically when you are exactly what you say.

I highly doubt he'd do it for fame, he's already got enough of that and I never have nor ever will perceive him as that type of person.
And I definitely think he didn't do it out of selfishness - I don't see how that'd be beneficial to him either; it was basically just because he did what felt right for him. So I chose that option.

Personally I doubt it was his decision alone - he was advised to do it, and his tiny little mind was all too eager to start thinking about the increase in cash it may earn him before christmas.
