For two years Rosie the Rottweiler lived alone in the bush in Perth. Local rangers had given up on trying to trap her as she proved to be too elusive.

Calli-San Clinton and Alicia McCormick decided that they couldn’t leave Rosie to her solitary life and spent three months tirelessly trying to win her affection.

On April 2 their efforts came to fruition when Rosie decided that she had had enough of the nomad life and approached her new owners.
