How much of your day...

... is spent sleeping? Chronic insomniac or are you barely out of bed all day?

Smithy 23-07-2014 05:35 PM

Between 6 - 9 hours usually go to bed at 2 and I'm up by 10

AnnieK 23-07-2014 05:36 PM

Around 6 hours usually.

King Gizzard 23-07-2014 05:52 PM

about 6-7-8 hours at the moment

Shaun 23-07-2014 05:52 PM

during this weather, usually only about 5hrs, but usually 8 or 9.

Josy 23-07-2014 05:59 PM

I'm a night owl but only sleep for a couple of hours anyway normally about 5am til 7 or 8 am so no sleeping during the day unless I'm unwell or having a lazy day

Sophiee 23-07-2014 05:59 PM

usually get about 5-6hrs.

andybigbro 23-07-2014 06:12 PM

I'd say average. I do nap a lot though...

Ammi 23-07-2014 06:22 PM

..around 2/3 hours at night but sometimes I fall asleep when I get home from work for an hour or so...

Calderyon 23-07-2014 06:36 PM

4 to 10 hours a day.

You can never catch up on lost sleep

I don't actually know if that's just a myth

You can. When I pulled various all nighters for deadlines at uni I then spent the weekend in bed and my body wouldn't let me move until I'd caught up on the lost hours of sleep.

King Gizzard 24-07-2014 12:08 AM

Josy has fallen asleep at the keyboard a fair few times when she has been on Plug

must have been Locke's soppy RNB music

Me. I Am Salman 24-07-2014 12:20 AM

sleep after morning prayers, or maybe a bit later than that (so like 4ish-5) and wake up 11am-2pm
