Mark would be the best choice to choose the letters
 

1. He will be forced to make tough decisions to people's faces.
2. He will think he was chosen because he is popular and not realize that a lot of the votes were from people who DON'T like him
3. Next week, there is a chance that the ones he didn't choose might nominate him?

i like Mark. you're all harsh for wanting to watch him squirm but i do admit he hasn't really had to make any tough choices on his own
