The unending search for a V.I.C.T.I.M to support continues
So Pav has occupied the role now. And Christopher is increasingly the one declared to be "The only nice one in there"
Maybe it's time to admit that the viewers of this show are just too sentimental and it was right to do away with the public vote. They can't recognize any qualities in people other than their victimhood and use it as a platform to promote their own goodness of heart (totally insincerely). And so the sympathy vote dictates again. Btw, something everyone seems to have forgotten about Pav was the intense scrutiny he put Kimberly under when he had the power. Some people celebrated this, but she was clearly made to feel very uncomfortable by him. No one will even try to recall this though. Oh, and Pav agreed that he was looking at ashleigh a lot? |
Why did Big Brother decide to show the power alliance the opinions of 3 ex housemates who all hated Pav?
At first, Pav thought Chris was saying "you gotta stop looking at Ashleigh man", as in stop "analyzing" her, Pav said he found her interesting. Then later in conversation Pav realized Chris was saying "you gotta stop looking at Ashleigh man" as in stop "perving" over her. |
In order for someone to play being a victim, they would have to cry wolf at every opportunity any time anyone said anything to them. Pav is certainly not doing this. He is being targeted by the other housemates and by Chris in particular. Nothing simulated there. This is not something the majority of the public like to see, so if perceptions of hm's are changing, they only have themselves to blame

It's a storyline in my opinion. Why would it be such a shock when we know that one of the main protagonists is an actor?
