Ash Protecting Helen/Chris Protecting Ashleigh
 

I was thinking this earlier. Why was it when Ash used to defend Helen and protect her early in the series he was dubbed as being up her arse and being part of a "Nasty Gang", yet Chris has people making sure he isn't called "creepy" or for going gung ho on Pav simply because of his clear crush on Ashleigh. His actions with Ashleigh and Pav has been excused as protecting his friends as friends do. Let's not forget that Chris & Ashleigh can and have been just as bitchy and malicious about others as Ash & Helen have been so it's not a case of "Oh...but Ashleigh and Chris aren't as bad together as those two". They were both protecting their supposed friends, but one was called a spineless arse lick and "nasty gang bully" happily and the other can't be called out for his "bullying" of Pav and creepy actions as it's in the name of friendship and he's getting a raw deal from BB producers...

If what the ex housemates said about Pav was true, would Chris be in the wrong for being protective over his friend? I say NO.

Chris doesn't know that the ex housemates were talking bollocks does he? So the blame does not lie with Chris or Pav, but with the ex housemates, bitter Danielle in particular, plus the moronic crowd who booed Pav for no reason.
