Should we "evict" the so-called psychologists from BB?

I'm finding them increasingly annoying.

The likes of Judi James, Pam Spurr, Diane Youdale, Dr Funke and the rest. (And the ridiculous Dr Dance!)

They seem to either spout psychobabble, based purely on their personal preferences for housemates.... or they state the bleedin' obvious!

Would BOTS be better off without them? And they could get rid of BOTP altogether.

joeysteele 06-08-2014 10:31 AM

Yes, I never listen to their nonsense now anyway and there are far too many of them too now taking up too much time on the programmes with their tripe.

Raph 06-08-2014 10:32 AM

I like Judi James but I totally agree about the rest, they don't really bring anything worthwhile to the show

Livia 06-08-2014 10:34 AM

Yeah, get rid of them. People are too unpredictable for it to be anything more than guesswork and stating the obvious.

Mick 06-08-2014 10:35 AM

I agree in fact I feel the whole program format needs a revamp. I do not stay up to watch it live now and that's not been the case in the past.

And lets be honest any half credible psychologist isn't going to go near that show with a barge pole anyway

So true...

bots 06-08-2014 10:48 AM

i think the whole show needs a revamp as its been on the "slide" for a while.

Make it more like a question time thing with a constantly changing representative audience asking questions of a panel that know what they are talking about

andybigbro 06-08-2014 11:08 AM

I think psychology is a very important factor when it comes to a reality show like big brother.

However some of these psychologists are terrible.

I remember a psychologist, a young irish guy, back in the glory days of BB, went rogue and outed the production team after BB 5. Accusing them of all sorts including making him tow the party line.

That's all these psychologists are, shills for Big Brother.

I'm not even a tiny bit shocked by that

Get rid of Dr. Judy James because she's biased and snide, and get rid of "Dr.Dance" because his "insight" is pointless and a joke. The rest I can handle (especially Diane Youdale-I used to fancy her like crazy when she was "Jet" in The Gladiators).

They should keep Judi and Diane and get rid of the rest

I love bbotp - the best part of the week, it gives important insights, but there are too many now. Judi and Diane are the best Judi for body language and Diane for psychotherapy. - they don't need two on a Saturday. It all gets too muddled up.

Loiusa - now there is a waste of space

More diary room uncut -
More house mates uncut-

Marsh. 06-08-2014 01:23 PM

"They don't match my opinions so get rid of them they're rubbish! I can't stand people who don't agree with me on BOTS!"

You get it with the panellists too when they get personal attacks for having their own opinion. :umm2:

:joker:

Crimson Dynamo 06-08-2014 01:26 PM

All they need do is open a door and Judi James would blow away

JayBlaze 06-08-2014 01:32 PM

Bring back Steven Goode to analyse the housemates

karezza 06-08-2014 01:53 PM

The psychologists' manipulation never works - it always rebounds on them.

I agree over Judi James whenever shes on BOTS I don't watch it she just annoys me. And that Dr dance I never saw him before and I was like what is he doing...........
Dr Pam is ok she talks some good things I quite like her and maybe get another male serious one to back her up on another night.

MrWong 06-08-2014 01:57 PM

I remember all the paid shills constantly saying that Aaron was playing a game and that Faye was part of said game plan.

He must be really committed to his game plan as he's still with her. :hehe:

Marsh. 06-08-2014 02:10 PM

Yes because them still being together means he wasn't playing a game and Faye was never a part of it.

elliebrew 06-08-2014 02:16 PM

i remember in the last days of channel4, big mouth and BBLB.

EVERYONE SCREAMED for the return of the psychologists!

make your bleeding mind up
