would he have fared better if he'd been a day 1 HM (even day 2 got hard time)
 

I feel Pav would have bonded with Marlon, Toyah, Tamara Pauline and Matthew. He was far too small a character for a late arrival. Even day 2 hms copped much flak.

I think he would have had a strong chance of being loved by the public if given a week or two to blossom.

I don't think so. He is quite dull compared to pretty much everyone else.

He's very boring and probably wouldn't do anything if he was in Day 1. I'm also not buying this "the other HMs don't give him a chance BS". They talk to him he just can't carry out a conversation.

Biannca and Zoe had just as much chance as Pav and they just embraced the experience, made the effort, got stuck in, joined the party and never complained about not fitting in like Pav does.

Pav is just a bit dull, gave it the large in his VT but soon realised he is out of his depth - so he took the easy route and blamed it on the others.

I don't dislike him, but he's like a broken record now with his same diary room speech every other episode.

He seems like a nice guy, but he's boring. I don't think he would have lasted very long.
