As much as I like Chris he really pushed any attempt of Pav getting close with him and Ashleigh. In fact it put me off him but he has since redeemed himself in other ways.

All this is so childish,Helen doesn't make anyone be friends with her,jeez,they make friends with who they want to,people are making Helen out to be some sort of magician,Chris warned Pav off his filly,so no wonder Pav befriended the others.

What's he meant to do? Bloody hell. Chris has told him he has no time to be friends and he can't spend time with Ashleigh as it's now beyond awk. He's has lots of fun with Christopher as he actually have the guy a chance.

Pav went in with the underdog game plan. He has completely abandoned that game plan and realizes that his chances of winning are ZERO. So now he is being his true self. Chris was right about him. The edit convinced everyone that Pav was a victim and Chris was being horrible. That creepy Chris storyline is over. They no longer need to edit to fit that storyline.

So you want to ignore the fact Pav made huge efforts with Chris and Ashleigh and even made sure the newbies didn't target them to vote out. There isn't much he can do when he's told by Chris that they won't ever be friends and is also implied to be some sort of Perv around Ashleigh. Chris wasn't right about anything and his actions cost him an easy possible win. It's not difficult to see why Pav has decided to spend his final week where he won't be accused of being a Pervert towards Helen and where Ash hasn't told him he doesn't have the time to be friends with him..
