Jimmy Tarbuck forced to quit SCD

Jimmy Tarbuck has been forced to leave Strictly Come Dancing due to health reasons, the BBC announced today.

"Following a doctor's assessment this week, Jimmy, the doctors and the BBC have come to the decision that for the good of Jimmy's health he should no longer take part," said a BBC spokesperson.

Tarbuck, who was treated for heart murmurs following a visit to his dentist on the 12th October, expressed his regret over the decision: "I'm absolutely devastated that I can no longer take part in Strictly Come Dancing. I really wanted to dance on the show this week but I have to take the advice of the doctors who have told me I need to rest."

"I would like to thank my wonderful partner Flavia who has taught me so much and been patient in trying to turn this old carthorse into a proper dancer! I will really miss training with her," continued Tarbuck.

"I will continue to enjoy watching the show and will be there in person on Saturday to see how my fellow contestants are shaping up now their hottest competition is out of the way!"

I think they will kick somebody out tommorow as they have practised all week but maybe let another week go during the show
