Selling soft porn is not always legal.I beleive it is rightly illegal to sell porn on the lower shelves in a shop and presumably a news stand doesn`t have a top shelf.As other members have said, whatever his point was it was lost with his rediculous sign to those who complained.
I remember being disgusted when the sunday sport launched as a sunday paper on the lower shelf and a year on it was moved .I`m not sure if its still high up or whether they toned down their cover page?
At the end of the day it should always be beyond the view of minors and I bet that wasn`t the case with this guy.

I think it should atleast be taken off the shelves. I always seem them buy the magazines, sometimes without the paper covering them. Im not saying to ban it LOL :shocked: Im just saying maybe keep them behind the counter or something, just so anyone doesnt go look :rolleyes: Kids, :shocked: Pervs, :shocked::shocked:.

Sorry don`t know what happened there, but to be honest I completely agree. It really annoys me that children are subjected to this.It is as if their rights are somewhat less important than those of the commercial pornographers.:mad:
