If this is all that's new that can be brought up as bad against Helen - I'm happy :cheer2:

I think it shows how little anyone can dig up bad about Helen without digging back into history.

that is my point, when chris was evicted she had the audacity to think it was for real probably assuming no way could anyone else be so special as to be fake evicted.

Really? She wasn't entitled to think that hers could be fake and the next one real?

Easy to judge from an arm chair, already knowing that its fake :smug:

I know! The woman is a species unto herself. I abhor her.

she can think what she wants, as can I as a viewer and user of the forum.

Isnt that what forums are for, commentating on what we watch??

I think she was and is bloody thick as pig poop and last night was just another example of her stupidity!

More like she will go through life with people picking on her no matter how petty and trivial the reason. People have thrown the bully word at her a lot recently, and I have to say, I think there are more instances of her being bullied than the other way round.

We did comment on that here, she seemed to genuinely think he was going, even though there were two chairs and two sets of headphones in the secret room. Derp!

I think many mistake loud and aggressive with bullying. They are NOT the same. Bullying does not need to take that form at all. All I suggest is taking a fresh look at events that have happened with that in mind. It may come as a surprise to many just how difficult a time Helen has had recently

They are and aren't the same, I think that's the problem. It depends on that target. Being loud and aggressive is fine, and continuing to be loud and aggressive is fine if the person you're being loud and aggressive with can clearly handle it / give as good as they get (like Ashleigh) / don't find it intimidating at all (someone like Ash).

It IS bullying if it's clear that the loudness and aggression is beating the other person down.

Basically I don't think Helen has "bullied" Ashleigh, as Ashleigh doesn't let herself be bullied. I do think that Helen bullied Matthew though, he was very intimidated by her... and that she bullied Jale in the early weeks isn't even a question. She did.

Absolutely, and just to throw a few things out there as I think this is a very misunderstood topic:

The Social Bully
  • refuses to talk or acknowledge their victim
  • spreads rumours or innuendoes about others
  • makes someone behave or dress in a manner that bully determines
  • invites others to an event or party in front of victim, while excluding the victim
  • talks directly to the victim about a social event they have been excluded from

The Non-Verbal Bully
  1. mimics physical activity and/or disabilities of others
  2. makes offensive gestures and facial expressions
  3. turns their head or body away when victim is speaking (giving the cold shoulder)
  4. uses threatening body language (such as standing in the victims personal space, and using postures that make the themselves look physically larger than their victim)

The Verbal Bully
  • engages in name calling, humiliating, teasing, and insulting
  • uses sarcasm and pointed jokes to point out flaws in their targets personality
  • makes degrading comments about victims dress or appearance

Also, forgetting hm interaction for the moment, the mental bullying that BB has applied this season has been astonishing
