Personally i like the winner to be the person who has "entertained" me the most which normally means "has made me laugh" the most.
I also think you, maybe, like a HM that reflects your own personality the closest.
I'll leave that thought with you.
Plus my winner should be morally a decent person, again, quite debateable.
Not perfect morally but a decent person generally with imperfections.
