I think it has, her last album wasn't very successful, Lindsey Lohan is more famous, the peak of her career was with tik tok, and all of those songs.

I think it 2-3 years she will have been forgotten, at the moment she is very quiet due to her coming out of rehab, Her music career has certainly taken a dip, her latest album barely got into the charts.
