Some women just like some men too may take longer to think about war and its effects but no gender is any better or worse as to such issues really in my opinion.

He's out of touch and makes embarrassing comments, embroiling himself in controversy that detracts from what he's in office for: to serve his constituents. Sadly he's not alone. Others - men and women - do the same, but we're talking specifically about him. If he wants to give purely personal opinions he should do it when he stands down (or is voted out) and not use his position for personal rants.
