Good and decent person, not a good social player though, but then again on BB 15, that was nearly impossible, unless you were on leagues with the B&R squad.

Ugh, honestly didn't like Candice. Felt kinda bad for her at times but she just kept making me not like her. I may have liked Ginamarie better (solely for entertainment purposes in arguments and what not, although Candice had her entertaining moments too).

Candice ran her mouth just as much as the next person in there - she just got out-burned in those arguments full of insults that really didn't make either person look good (including on her eviction, she decided to go at GM again, GM hit harder as Candice walked out). So yeah I think Candice and whoever else she argued with all looked bad each time, and they just happened to hit further below the belt.

The constant arrogance she showed, especially in the way she acted in heated arguments, is what made her disliked by certain people in the house, not her skin color. That was them being ignorant.

I get she was the victim of racist remarks being thrown around but to me her attitude and constant need for petty retaliation kept asking them to come back for more. (not with racist remarks being justified, I'm just saying it made it easy to dislike her and keep the back and forth insults going... and it definitely wasn't always racism she was attacked with either). I don't think her characteristics are worthy of praise regardless tbh, maybe just some slack for her situation in comparison to the others attacking with race. But I definitely didn't mind seeing her go last season. :shrug:

this is such a horrendous opinion combined with having Aaryn as a special mention for a top ten houseguest I'm convinced you're a troll bye.

Candice had a pretty big attitude and ego. She was also just as obnoxious in her arguments as the rest of them. I'm not saying she's as bad or immature of a person, but it's dumb that she gets praise for acting the way she does. Someone like Howard or Helen deserve praise for the way they handled themselves in there. I liked their characteristics a lot more personally.

Also, there's no way Aaryn's even close to a top 10 houseguest of Big Brother. I just felt the need to defend her while I was thinking of people for that list because I don't like how she was portrayed to be one of the worst people in BB history when she really wasn't at all. She was one of my favorites of BB15 tho (but behind Howard, Jessie, Judd and maybe another 1 or 2). Really, the characteristic I dislike about her is her immaturity but overall I liked her as a person. If she's a bully or whatever, then that makes at least 75% of high school girls bullies. Which maybe that's the case and too many people, including myself, view what "bullying" is too lightly.

Regardless, she didn't deserve to be the scapegoat and have her reputation ruined due to mainly overreactions to some (although immature and inappropriate) comments that she took almost the full blame for. She was humbled in many different situations and matured as the show went on, which made me like her more.

I also think the racism was blown out of proportion in general honestly. The people in that house were ignorant and childish with their joking and trash talking... not racist. They said some racist things in the moment which doesn't automatically make them racist.

It's raging dark humor. Something we saw a lot last season from probably a majority of the people in that house. Many comedians use it, much more effectively (although still not appealing normally). I fault Aaryn for her immaturity and ignorance, not being a racist. The amount of hate and over reactions she specifically got was unreal. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and liked her more as the season went on.

Yeah it was definitely dark humor, they all had Candice in stitches.

sorry Jersey I disagree with you on this one. Aaryn, Spencer and GinaMarie were the most awful human beings to play Big Brother, ever.

She's the one out of the entire cast that fits the definition of a bully completely. And if I remember correctly she was also racist at times, and definitely was very inappropriate & offensive quite a bit.
