I didn't even know you could eat hot lettuce :umm2: but I don't like it cold anyway, so I doubt I would like it hot.

i looked that up and it sounds lovely. I eat lots of beetroot as it is very good for the liver

I put lots of lettuce in a wrap and decided to toast it and the lettuce was no longer crunchy just soggy :'(

I think I am off lettuce forever, hot or cold :'(
