She looks full of the flu or something. Claire has left due to illness as did Kim in BB15 and there were numerous reports in the press of how unhygienic the house is.

I think its a pretty draining experience on the whole and not the best in hygiene terms but the vast majority of house mates make it through without getting ill. And Kimberly apparently was pregnant...

She's just given up the act. Fake as hell. She's bored with herself.

To his credit George couldn't give a toss;

Gary peeing everywhere is making her ill.

There must be something odd going on in the house.

Sam Faires felt ill too in January. That is 3 people this year. Pretty sure Pauline left for a little bit too after feeling ill.

Stephanie looks ill because she is refusing to eat.

A BB flu epidemic that's now spreading across the country due to Claire and her disease being released into the outside world would be perfection.

Mentally ill would be the right description.

She's not ill - she's sick !!
