Maybe is she is ill, clarie was removed from the show because of that fact.

For all we know stephanie is being treated by the house doctor because she is sick, it's not like they tell that sort of stuff is going on.

She must be ill in the head to chase George, but then again, it's all fake anyway.

Without George Steph wouldn't have a storyline and she knows that.

Maybe the illness has a lot to do with the probability she is getting bored of George.

The storyline thing is silly, rarely do we get a housemate that would have a storyline without other people.
