I don't like it because it's quite sloppy, and two things that you havent made just put onto each other. Don't be disheartened by it, I'm only trying to help.
EDIT: The user edited the eye, my reviews here and above are on his previous eye.

The whirl effect actually makes it look good.

The guy edited the eye this morning and it was different to the one right now..
