The warning was given more because it offended some of the housemates. In the cases of Biannca and Frenchy no one got upset about it.

winston was humiliated. she was disgusting. james and dee chose to go out of their way to pretend to be offended to try and get air time and to try and make the favourite look bad. no empathy or understanding was shown for the fact he was seeing to his injured kneee amongst many other health problems.

Winston wasn't upset to the extent Dee was, for example. If anything Winston was just embarrassed at Biannca doing that on national television.

You can hardly say Dee and James went out there way. They both looked pretty shocked at Gary taking his trousers down in front of them.
