I hope they don't put up signs and fences due to stupidity like this.

andybigbro 16-09-2014 09:21 PM

The baby would get just as much enjoyment from crawling at ground level. Seems like the ego of the parents got in the way of protecting their baby.

Marsh. 16-09-2014 10:18 PM

I get scared carrying a baby on our landing near the bannister.

Gstar 16-09-2014 10:20 PM

i'm not a parent and this made me wince, absolutely stupid people

Ammi 17-09-2014 04:49 AM

...‘It’s a straight drop..'...I think the baby would be pretty much dead, whatever sort of drop it was...parents teach their children about danger and 'it's not wise to do that because...'..and then prop them on the edge of a cliff because it takes a nice photo/weird....

Livia 17-09-2014 11:25 AM

Looks set-up to me...

to be fair, babies aren't fastest things on the planet. They are kind like a tortoise, if it starts gong the wrong direction just pick them up and point them in a different direction.

That being said, those photos still make my stomach drop.

Oh they are fast, faster than you seem to think anyway...

Very memorable photo that they are taking, worth the risk if you ask me

lostalex 17-09-2014 12:52 PM

I'm sure that diaper also doubles as a parachute in the case of emergency.

Kazanne 17-09-2014 01:17 PM

What if there was a freak gust of wind? or am I overthinking as a parent myself,i do think of all the scenarios that could go wrong.
